Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Refunds & Cancellation may be initiated within 12 hours of purchase time as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase. No order will be cancelled after 12 hours of placing your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Nosh and Nibble enterprise on website. In the event, if you are not satisfied with the products provided, we will try to make it right, provided the reasons are honest and genuine and proved after investigation. Please contact us if you do not like your purchase for any reason.

2. Complaints and Grievances

In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must inform us within 3 days of having received the order. Suitable action will be taken accordingly.
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, request you to reach out to us within 3 days from the received date.

3. Delivery Status

For any delivery related issue request you to please notify us within 7 days of having received your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner. Suitable action will be taken accordingly.

4. Refunds and Returns

Only defective and damaged products* can be returned within 3 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed via CCAvenue within 15 working days.
