Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Me and Millets, operated by Nosh and Nibble Enterprise.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process and is subject to applicable laws in India. 

 

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
    You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable or opened food items

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch or within 12 hours of purchase, whichever is earlier.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share clear images of the item and packaging.
  3. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

Complaints and Grievances

For any product or delivery-related issues, inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review and take necessary action promptly.

 

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you a confirmation.
  2. After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within  15 working days through CCAvenue or your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking). Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 working days:

  • Recheck your bank or card statement.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-refundable. 

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange for the same product, email meandmillets@gmail.com with your order details and images.

Delivery Status Issues

For delivery-related issues, notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation message. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect delivery.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
